Integrated design utilizes Laser-Cut parts. Main frame is 1 1/4 round steel tubing. Regulation screen-printed aluminum sign is fastened to a square steel tubing sub-frame. All pivot points have Nylon and Teflon bushings. Spring-loaded over-center sign lever works effortlessly. Wiring is installed thru frame with heat-shrink waterproof connectors. Premium Flags are heavy-weight hemmed Orange Mesh with Fiberglass staffs, won't swell up when wet. Black Textured Powder Coat finish.

Our aluminum signs have an exclusive Ultra-Violet cured clearcoat which dramatically improves sign life. 10 inch letters have an 1 1/2 nominal brushstroke to meet State DOT Regulations. Signs are now fastened to the steel sub-frame with stainless steel self-drilling screws for easier replacement.
