Return Policy

BarneysPilotCar.com is an information and e-commerce site for Barney's Pilot Car Equipment that specializes in the sale of Professional Grade Pilot/Escort Vehicle Equipment and Supplies. Our goal is to provide great customer service. Should you be unhappy with the products that we send to you, they can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund (less the cost of Shipping & Handling). To return an item, call or email us and and provide information as to why the item is being returned.
 
The Guidelines for returns are as follows:
1. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
2. Buyer must pay the shipping on the return items
3. Original shipping & handling costs are not refundable.
4. Items must be returned in adequate packaging to prevent damage.
5. There is a 5% re-stocking fee on PT Racks that were built to customer specifications.
 

To return or exchange an item, Call (1-503-665-4444) or email customer support barneyspilotcar@gmail.com and indicate why the item is being returned and ship item (and all original contents in the original packaging) back in its original packaging.  Ship to the address given to you by customer service.

A shipping fee is charged based on the shipping method you select from the checkout process. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This way, you can check delivery status!

Due to the demand for our products and nature of the procurement and manufacturing processes involved in their production. some items found on our website may not be in stock for immediate shipment. It is our goal to produce and ship these products in as timely a manner as possible while maintaining the levels of quality you expect.

Handling methods
At checkout, the order handling charges are automatically calculated. Our Shipping and Handling Charges may include our costs for customer service, processing and shipping, returns and exchanges, and some overhead.

International Shipments
Shipping charges shown during the check out process are for orders shipped to the U.S. only. If your order is shipping to Canada, we will contact you, via email, with the new shipping charges for your order. With respect to shipments of merchandise to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to the merchandise shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the merchandise to the common carrier.

Barney's Pilot Car Equipment shall not be liable or responsible for packages delivered to you through any third party with whom you arrange for receipt [on your behalf] after we have made delivery to the address you designate.

Please note: Customs may delay your order. All custom duties and taxes are your responsibility.
