Instructors for Certification Classes
are qualified Pilot Car people who earn their living doing what they
teach. A growing national network of localized classes allows NPCSI
to put on smaller classes more often to better serve your needs. The
NPCSI program is enhanced with extensive images, video and handouts
to present the most comprehensive course possible.
NPCSI is a non-profit with a wide
range of projects to help the pilot car industry.

pilot car safety, comfort and communications equipment through
the
NPCSI / Amazon store affiliation.
The Washington Certification Class covers the material required by most States and has reciprocity with the same States as Utah and Florida.
Residents of Washington require this Certification to operate in Washington.

This course is approved by the
Florida Department of Transportation, and is one-third of
the Florida qualification required for those individuals
responsible for warning the motoring public of oversize
loads and assisting oversize load drivers on
Florida highways.
