The NPCSI Washington Certification Class covers the material required by most States and has reciprocity with the same States as Utah and Florida. NPCSI is working to enhance the standard P/EVO class with additional material to better prepare the Pilot Car Operator and to create advanced courses for the skills in demand by the Heavy Haul industry.
